I'm having some difficulty downloading the VM template to my designated secondary storage volume. I've go the Management Server set-up and running with a Zone, Pod, Cluster, and Primary Storage. Host and Primary storage are both "up".

I'm using /dev/sdc1 on my XenServer host as secondary storage, have mounted it from my Management Server, but when I give it the:

"/usr/lib64/cloud/agent/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt -m /mnt/secondary
-u download.cloud.com/releases/2.2.0/systemvm.vhd.bz2 -h xenserver -F"

I get the error:

I've tried numerous times and get a different download.cloud.com IP address each time, but with the same result.

I can ping various external addresses from both the Management Server and the XenServer. I could not ping the download.cloud.com IP addresses (timed out 100% packet loss).

I'm hoping its a matter of the downlaod server being down.

Anyone else experience this problem or can confirm its just a matter of the download servers being down? Or am I all jacked up?

Okay..... after two days of trying, without success, to get XenServer secondary storage set-up (see my previous post above), I decided to give KVM a try. When I get to the step to install the SSVM, this is what I get:
