KE4QQQ ==> hero , HELP

i chanced qemu.conf for listening 0.0.0.0==>this part is ok, host is listening 0.0.0.0
but still problem is going on.
i decided to add 192-168-2-105.realhostip.com on /etc/hosts files in management server and CPVM but CPVM does not aprove to change /etc/hosts!!!
thanks for helps in advance!
all ip tabless are off (on KVM HOST AND ON MANAGEMENT SERVER)
on management server and on host (in order to eleminate the probability of problems due to iptables)
there is no problem for access to any system vm and virtual router
i can ping them

BUT I CAN NOT ACCESS TO VNC FROM WEB UI!!!!
