Hi lvtong,

SSVM is also treated as a host because we have an agent running on it. For Xenserver the agent is directly connected (meaning to say it is part of MS itself), for KVM and SSVM we have it remotely connected agent meaning to say they run remotely.

Can you please do thee following ?
Run the following script inside ssvm /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh
It checks for 1)connectivity with DNS server 2) resolving of domain names 3)status of secondary storage 4)ability to write to secondary storage 5)connectivity with management server at port 8250 and 6) status of java process.

I sense that there might be an issue with the connection between ssvm and MS here. I will also suggest you to restart MS as well.
