I also encountered the same problems, the previous environment. No special configuration,Don't know problem in there , because port problem?

Load balancer has port 8250 open ,All Management Servers have port 8250 open;global Configuration is correct.This is the problem I mentioned before are checked.

web error:
Not in 172-21-59-84.realhostip.com find the server,

by the way
the "consoleproxy.url.domain" and "secstorage.ssl.cert.domain" global parameter Configureation The default is" realhostip.com"

That sounds like DNS is not able to resolve. Have you confirmed that managmeent server and cpvm can both resolve the DNS name you posted above?
